Delivery time

Delivery time is approximately the one stated on the page of product information and is expressed in working days (Monday to Friday). This indicates the delivery time to the carrier, therefore you will need to add the transit time of the goods depending on the final destination. In any case the delivery time starts to count when we have reliable knowledge of payment.

In the case of orders with products with different delivery times, the delivery time of the order will be the largest delivery time.

In the event that one or more of the items ordered were not available at the delivery time indicated, we will contact the customer to inform about new delivery time and the customer upon written request may:

  1. Cancel the order and we will give back all the amounts paid.
  2. Receive the products available on the original delivery time and then receive the products available in the new delivery time. We will pay any additional cost.
  3. Receive the products available on the original delivery time and desist of the buying of the products not available within the original delivery time. We will give back all the amounts paid for the goods and services not supplied.

Collection by the customer

The system will offer to customers with sending address in the province of Barcelona the option to pick up the order at our office at no cost.

Orders must be collected by the customer in our office at Av. Mare de Deu de Montserrat, 131 Barcelona during office hours once we have confirmed by email or telephone that the order is ready for delivery. For some products, because of volume, may be necessary to collect them at our warehouse at Sant Adrià de Besos.

For security reasons, at the time of collection an national ID/passport will be required to the customer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via SEUR, but we reserve the right to use another courier if needed.

We will ship only to countries that are described in our registration system.

In the case of shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, taxes, fees, charges, management costs or any other amount required by Customs or other agencies and not specifically included in our bill, will be paid by the customer. In no case the costs of Customs are included for destinations that require it. In case of doubt, please contact us.

Damage

In the event of checking at delivery time errors in the goods received or that the packaging is visibly damaged, the customer must specify in writing to the carrier at delivery time and put these facts in our knowledge in no more than 24 hours writing to us by our contact page or at our head office. In any case, the customer must verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. Claims after 24 hours after delivery may not be accepted.

Returns

The customer can return the order, or part of it, over a period of seven (7) days from delivery time, upon written communication to EUROFINESTRA CATALUNYA, SL to establish the proper delivery channels (return number, shipping method and address of shipping). No refunds will be accepted without the prior written communication and a corresponding return number available.

The customer shall bear the cost of returning the order as well as the possible damages suffered by the product. Only minimal use of the product will be accepted due solely to its test. In cases of excessive use the return will not be accepted. The cost of returning the order will be subtracted from the price of the product at the time of giving the money back. No returns will be accepted on products handled by the client, or that are returned incomplete in its main elements and/or accessories.

We don't accept return of products that are tailored to the request of the customer.

Instructions for sending returns: To prevent any damage, it is necessary that the products are protected by an outer packaging - as they were received by you - and thus avoid any damage or manipulation of the original packaging of the product during the shipping. For any doubt about the correct delivery of products to Eurofinestra, consult with our Customer Service department (+34 93 450 33 92).
