Orders can be paid by one of the following options:
Check or Bank Transfer
We will provide you with the information necessary for carrying out a transfer or deposit in our bank account at "La Caixa", or for us to get a check by mail. In any case we must receive the full amount of the order, you must pay any bank commission or expense applicable to the transaction, and it must be stated to your bank especially if you make a transfer from abroad.
In any case it is very important that you mention in the payment the order number as well as your full name, otherwise we will have no way to track who makes the payment. If you like you can send us by email or by fax at +34 93 450 42 62 proof of payment for expediting its tracking.
Please note that your order will not be processed until we have confirmation from our bank of the payment.
Credit/Debit Card
You can pay your order through most of the main credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, 4B, etc. ...). The payments with credit or debit card are processed via the secure payment gateway of "La Caixa" and Eurofinestra Catalunya have no knowing at any time of the information about your card, just the result of the operation.
For security reasons it is possible that in some cases we send you a document of charge acceptance to your card, which must be returned to us signed by you.
Paypal
We also accept Paypal as a means of payment for orders. You can use your Paypal account or create a new account to make the payment. In any case Eurofinestra Catalunya knows none of your account information or means of payment associated to it, just the result of the operation.
Other considerations:
For security reasons we reserve the right to verify orders. In this case, we will ask or require additional data for being able to accept your purchase. To avoid delays in shipment, please indicate when placing your order an e-mail address that you read on a regular basis, and a phone number where we can contact you at any time. In addition to this, for any orders over a certain amount set by us, you will be asked for a national ID/Passport and proof of address to be send by fax or email. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you. These security measures are a clear proof of our determination to protect our customers against possible fraud. |
